Colby was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem and the two installers fixed the problem. The two installers were also great.
Georgetown AC was recommended by many of my neighbors and so when I was in need GAC came to my aide. They are thorough, exceptionally good at communicating the problem and providing possible solutions to choose from. HVAC is an investment in my home and I believe I invested well by choosing Georgetown AC.
John was wonderful. He greeted me courteously, put on shoe covers before entering and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the service call. His knowledge of the replacement (new model Lennox S40) allowed him to disconnect the old thermostat and replace it with the new efficiently. He was patient with me as I fumbled my way through the thermostat registration process. He guided us through the thermostat's operation, answering all our questions. We were thoroughly satisfied with his customer service attitude and the skills he brought to the job.
My air conditioning system was failing this past summer. Unlike some that tell you that you need a new system, Scott, the owner, gave me a MUCH more affordable option. And as busy as they were during this incredibly hot summer, they worked me in very quickly. Yesterday, when I noticed my heat was coming on, they were able to get to me in the afternoon.This company cares about providing customers what they need, and is NOT going to charge you for repairs or try and sell you equipment that you DON’T need!
Been using this company for 12 years and have never been disappointed. I have company in and my AC was not cooling. I called first thing Monday morning and John came out at 3:00 p.m. Everything was up and running within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a great experience!
GT AC and Heating has done a great job for us over the years. They have an excellent technician who we have been thrilled to work with. Blake is an incredibly personable young man and very knowledgeable. He has replaced two programmable thermostats for us along with handling our maintenance and filter changes over the last couple of years. He is a true pleasure to deal with. Additionally calling into their business, the receptionist/scheduler is always friendly and accommodating. Great company!!! Keep up the great service.
